I don’t even remember the exact time I met Brad. It just feels like I have always known him. Our kids were the same age and we had so much fun with Brad and Jen and the kids. I do remember the first time he did karaoke though. I had never seen that side of him and expected nothing more than what the rest of us had to offer, which was BAD! Next thing I know he’s on stage singing Pour some sugar on me. I was drunk and shocked at the same time! He was impressive. Talk about being a big deal. 🤣. B Rad, I will miss your laugh and your smiling face. You leave a void my friend. ❤️

We often shared our thoughts and desire to relocate to Oregon. We both had a U of O green coffee mug and chatted endlessly about Oregon. I’m so glad we both were able to realize that dream. I shall always miss your laugh, my friend.

We always referred to the transaction where Brad and Jen bought their home as the hostage situation. All over a washer and dryer, we almost lost the deal. But, we held it together and avoided a court case. My favorite memory of that whole process was when Brad introduced me to Brown Sugar Bourbon. I knew we’d be friends. I mentored Brad in his early days in real estate and he mentored me in so many life subjects. He introduced us to Letterkenny, three Super Soft Birthday party (see the picture below) and the Day of the Dead party. We worked together on the Cornhole Tournament and the Rise Above the Burn fundraiser. Too many memories to share.
