I first met Brad when I interviewed him for a position with the Albany Police Department. It goes without saying that he wowed all of us on the interview panel. No matter what Brad became involved in he excelled at. He was also an individual who was always positive and no matter what life threw at him he would (pardon the cliche) make lemonade. He was someone I could talk to no matter what and know he was give in me good advice. I will miss that. However, the best part was his undying love he had for his family and placing them first no matter what. That can be a rarity in his career, but he had “IT” figured out. Tonight I will drink the last of the EH Taylor I won at last years work Holiday Party that Brad donated. Eerily I had one drink left tonight when I pulled it out of the cupboard.

Here is to you Brad, my friend and brother in blue!
